Starting my home buying process as a first time buyer was intimidating. Jake took all the time that I needed to explain step by step the process and how things would work. Jake embraced the whole process with me, encouraging me to see as many houses as possible. Jake and his team were fast and efficient when it came to writing offers. The extensive experience they have showed on multiple occasions and with the different strategies the advised for me. From the beginning all the way to the end Jake and his team never left me with questions and always encouraged me to be educated.
