I am extremely disappointed with the new property management at Pura Vida Hialeah Apartments, now managed by RAM Partners. As of today, the conditions in this building are completely unacceptable. The front entrance door has no locks, no door handles, and is literally falling off its hinges, creating a serious safety and security risk for all residents. The elevators have been turned off, leaving residents without access to their units—which is especially concerning for elderly tenants and those with mobility challenges. The side doors that provide stair access have also been closed. At one point, a neighbor had to place a rock at the door just so residents could get in and out. An elderly woman on the sixth floor nearly had to call rescue because she could not safely make it down the sta
Excellent experience from the very beginning. Rosa and Odette were extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire move-in process. They were always available to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks to their support, the transition to my new home was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this building and its outstanding team.
The worst living experience of my life Living in this building has been an absolute nightmare. It is extremely expensive and offers none of what it promises. I pay $2,785 for a 2/2 apartment, plus $75 per month for parking, and yet I DO NOT HAVE A PARKING SPACE. When I arrive late, all spots are full — including the one I supposedly pay for. Management provides no solution whatsoever. Security told me to park illegally in a corner. The result? My car was TOWED from inside my own building. This is beyond unacceptable. No one takes responsibility for anything. Management is nonexistent and never responds or resolves issues. Since the building changed ownership about one year ago, everything has gone downhill. Ongoing issues include: - Elevators constantly broken - Security gates not wor
I have been a tenant here for 2 years now and sadly the property management company changed to another company called Ram partners about 11 months ago. The quality of life in these buildings has gone completely away. The on site security personnel has been fired, vehicles are constantly being broken into, the mail room cameras are not working and the mail is been stolen daily. Property managers are doing nothing about this, parking has truly become a nightmare. Zero parking if you arrive late and tow trucks towing vehicles that belong on the property every hour once the sun comes down. The security doors to enter the buildings are falling off the hinges which is a complete safety risk. Then all the elevators are currently not working, causing everyone to use the fire escapes. But the doors
I will never stop by again. You have the worst costumer services from any property ever. Very unprofessional. And to be honest a little judgmental. The blonde lady that works in the office is not very familiar with the terms "Courtesy and Smiling". She refused to show my fiancée the apartment because she did not bring her ID when i actually did bring mine. If i am not mistaken the party needs to provide only one identification to be able to go through with the tour. And she kindly but sarcastically suggested my fiancee saw the apartment through FaceTime. Insanely disrespectful. Lost a tenant we actually ended up signing a 17 month lease agreement at Metro Parc. Which is more expensive than your $2200 2 bed 2 bathroom. Terrible employee you got there, TERRIBLE!!!
