Ripoff builders. Their new homes in Apex is overpriced and they do this because they know that most out of state people will fall for it.when you buy too expensive you won’t be able to resale later at a gain. Their home quality too poor, they feel because they are building in apex they can give you a junk yard called house for any quality just because people want Apex or Cary. They use cheap labor yet put thousands in a price of house. Their recent kitchen for single family home in Apex sucks so bad and not just worth it at all. They also play with the numbers, I feel the representatives have their own share that they include in the price money who ever falls for it takes the loss while representative take the additional gain. I don’t recommend. Poor quality home for way overpriced houses

Really bad experience. Customer service never picks up the phone and they denied my loan without explanation and only found out the day before scheduled closing. I am now approved with another lender but they keep giving a headache.

My floors creak and shake to this day. I requested service multiple times. They sent the wrong people to fix it and then flat out ignored me. Avoid them at all costs.

They don't stand behind their product. Their homeowners insurance company QBE just pulled the rug out from us and left NC. Do not trust them.
