It has become obvious to me this company is about pumping out quantity vs quality. Below photos are of the grout for my floor tiles most of which now sound hollow and like they’re going to come up. I’ve been in this house less than 2 years and already have this problem. Pulte refuses to help because it is past the 1 year mark. A good company that cares about their customers would see less than 2 years is not acceptable for this floor quality and would help. Buyers beware, they are only looking for your money.

I have held off of providing my review of our home purchase with Pulte for just shy of 2 years now. The craftsmanship of the new build has been far below expectations. We have been dealing with longstanding electrical and plumbing issues since moving in that still have not been resolved nearly 2 years later. The warranty managers have been a revolving door and we constantly wait weeks between each "attempt" at investigation and remediation. Most recently, they are closing tickets without reporting to me next steps and forcing me to reopen the same service requests. The subfloor on the second floor is horrendous and despite pointing that out from the walkthrough before and after closing, they claimed "it was within tolerance". Run don't walk away from this company.I could write a whole book about why NOT to buy with Pulte. I went from being told I was over qualified for the loan to constantly needing documents, more income, etc etc. the entire underwriting and mortgage team is full of incompetent people who DO NOT know how to simply read a clients profile and fill in the numbers as everyday they come back to me with new numbers. I wish I had read the reviews prior to starting my application and it's apparent my experience is universal. I have spent a month getting the absolute run around with this team, being told different things by different people each day, asking me for more money, unnecessary and duplicate documents because they "lost" them I mean any flaw inconvenience you can name and Pulte achieved that.

We purchased a $1,000,000 home and are unable to use our main bedroom due to poor AC installation. The ductwork is inadequate. Thus, the main bedroom and the main bath are too warm compared to the rest of the home. Those rooms are 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the rooms. In general, the AC temperature is not balanced throughout the home. Pulte feels this is acceptable.
