Meredith was an absolutely brilliant realtor. My husband and I were buying our first property together and we are not from the US so we weren't familiar with the system here. Meredith explained everything really clearly and was with us every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and often text us to check-in and make sure everything was going smoothly. She was a brilliant advocate for us with the seller's agents and kept in close contact with all parties (us, the lawyer, the seller's agent) to make sure the closing happened on schedule. Thanks to her diligence we were even able to close a little early. As a prospective first-time homeowner looking to finally own his own place, unluckily, the world had gone a little crazy. Luckily, I had Meredith Adhate to guide me through these turbulent times.
