Ashlyn and Matt are the most helpful people in the office sinceI have been here. They have helped me with trying to get my payments auto pay going and various helpful things that I am unable to do myself. They have never been able to access my private information as far as my banking goes, but she wrote the instructions so I could understand them. They’ve given a great information and have always been there for me. Bull and Heather Helped Me on a number of questions about different things. They’re always there to help And have a great personalities as does Ashlyn and Matt. They’re all cheerful people even in what all they Are doing and talking to the owners about things they suggest to make this a better place to live. I’ve lived here for a few years now and been through a couple different Property Managers and Maintenance Crews; no fault of their own (due to different ownership/investors), and just like anything there are good times and rougher times. One thing for sure is that the the Property Manager (Ashlyn) and her assistant (Matt) have really dug their heels in and are doing a phenomenal job. The maintenance crew has made serious strides in turn-around time of individual maintenance requests and addressing property issues. I was contemplating leaving a year ago, but gave this staff a chance, and I’m glad I did, because I really like living here. You can tell that they truly care about the residents and what they do here on a daily basis!!
We moved out September 25th and have not received our deposit back. We cleaned the apartment just as it was when we moved in and have pictures to prove this. We try contacting this place about our money, but they rarely ever answer the phone. When we have spoken with them, they tell us that they are handling the deposit but we see no progress. They just keep ignoring us. We just want what we are owed and especially considering we are a military family who just faced a government shutdown. We are asking you do the right thing and return our deposit. Stop ignoring us. I am also willing to remove my review, if we can receive our money back. We have been patient enough. Be aware if you rent from them as this has been emotionally challenging for us and we are constantly being misled.
I’ve been in the complex since late 2023, nearing the two year mark. Since then, the complex has significantly worsened. Between staff, management, parent company changes - nothing stays consistent. Previous management before Ashlynn and Matt were picking things back up quite well. Then they were pushed out. Since then, numerous issues have arisen with management being quite unprofessional in their dealings with tenants and the seriousness in which they use to handle issues such as illicit drug usage on the property. Not to mention the cost for living here does not match the amenities offered as compared to other complexes in the Jacksonville area. Between unprofessional managers and poor amenities- I would not recommend it.
When I first moved in, everything was wonderful. Management, community, membership partnership with a local gym, the whole bit. The last couple years have been a bit rough. But it seems things are looking up again. The pool has recently been repaired, and we can finally use it again for the first time in 3 years. Plus it will now be open year round. I recently had a bug issue, which I have never had, and pest control was contacted and came within 2 days to service my unit. I put in a few repair requests and the turnaround time for them being completed was fantastic! I was told they were a little behind, so I thought it would be a while, but the response time was fantastic and done well. :)
