PSG does not do good business PERIOD!! They only have 1 good review and I believe that she actually works in the office or is related to them. Also their replies are just sad they're defending themselves instead of trying to find a resolve...just keep reading the reviews!! Plus I gave them a $4000 deposit moved out when my lease was up and locked the house up so how do I owe money when I never got back my deposit?.....IJS!!🤔🤔🤕🤕

RUN!!!!! If you are reading this trust me it's not worth your time or money!!! They're scammers!!! I was told by the owner that my deposit was only $2000 but the property management said it was $4000!!! So I ended up paying DOUBLE for the deposit when I have good credit!!! They don't fix anything on time by the time they do fix it they blamed me for it breaking!!! I'm talking about the AC UNIT!!! How in the hell can I break an ac!!!? All they want is your money and nothing else!! And I'm not even going to say anything about their communication skills!!! Well actually I just said it!!! RUUUUUNNNN FAR AND FAST!!! I'm not just saying this out of anger or anything like that, I'm trying to save you from heartache!!!

These people are despicable. When my fridge broke, and I lost $300 in food, they tried to fix it and it broke again a few days later and ruined my food again. Then they had the nerve to replace it with another used fridge that broke only a day after it was installed and ruined the new food I just bought a 3rd time. When my water heater broke, it took over 2 weeks to install a replacement. On the other hand, when the post office lost my rent payment, there was no forgiveness on their part. I am both a renter and a landlord and I have never treated my tenants like these people treat me.

No accountability from this company for its staff and terrible conditions of the property.

Would not recommend PSG in any aspect…run!!!! The way they conduct “business” leaves a lot of questions. Again RUN!!
