Providence Village

Not a fan, I live here currently. The homes are very cheaply built, poor insulation, walls, floors, and plumbing, you name it. There are no speed limit signs in the neighborhood, so definitely not ideal for kids to play due to everyone assuming it’s a racetrack all of the time. The “playground” area they do have for children to play is a joke and bare minimum, just enough to meet the state requirements. It’s a disappointment, trash stays everywhere all of the time, thorns are all is the grass as it’s all overgrown with weeds. Let this review do you a solid, do not waste your money buying a home in Providence Village.

I love my home that I have bought here. The professionalism of the construction crews and their managers are bad. They leave trash and construction material to blow into residents yards. I understand that it is active construction, but when I worked in that profession we picked up after ourselves everyday.
