Location is very convenient to shopping and dining,grocery store a cross of street,2 min walks… Sophia thank u for tour ,we choose Phase 1 .

Well, I wanted to take time out to acknowledge our concierges here. It means SO much, to be welcomed with a smile and have your needs and/or concerns noted and addressed. Estella Crowell and Eric Palmer are always on the move. Yes! This is a beautiful development. However, it couldn’t be so, without their professionalism, our managers, leasing consultants, maintenance and ground workers. We’ve lived here since Phase 2 was erected, and it’s nice to see how things are evolving. We look forward to the future growth and progress, that embraces us all here at Providence Row.

Maya is a true gem to this place. She is an incredible barista whose positive disposition really brightens anyone’s morning. Trust that anything you order will taste incredible. Personally, I recommend her strawberry matcha or her white mocha latte with cinnamon powder! Providence Row would not be the same without her…please take care of her, she deserves ALL the raises!

I’ve lived at Providence Row for three years, and Jayelyn has truly been such a light in this community. Every time I see him, he greets me with a big smile and a warm wave, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people who live here. He’s always working hard and brings such a positive energy to the property. It’s the little things in life and it’s absolutely wild how one smile from a stranger can make my day. That’s how God works.
