Providence on the Park Apartments

As a tenant at Providence on the Park, my overall experience has been deeply impacted by the lack of urgency surrounding ongoing maintenance issues and pest control concerns. Work orders are submitted, yet follow-through often feels delayed or inconsistent, leaving problems unresolved longer than they should be. Pest control services have not been timely, which adds to the frustration and affects my sense of comfort and safety in my own home. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property do not consistently reflect the standards that residents expect when signing a lease. Altogether, these issues have created an experience that feels discouraging and has diminished the level of trust and satisfaction I once had as a tenant.

Ms Sandra and Ms Courtney were both awesome! they did everything in their power to help me and I really appreciate them. They were really nice they answered all of my questions was very patient and caring even though an apartment that I applied for before them came through had that not helped I would have definitely rented here thanks Soo much ladies 😊

These apartments are hhhoorriiibbllee I have lived here for 5 years. It has gotten worse and worse. They have had several new people in the office since I have been here. The kids over here are the worse. They out all types of night. They don't keep the apartments up and want charge 1800 for rent. You have got to be kidding me. These are not even worth it. It looks so ghetto over here. When I 1st moved over here it was great the 2 year it was ok this year. They let anybody move over here and that's the problem. They want to show you all the nice stuff I given you the real pics. Come through here at night or on the weekend you will see for yourself. I know what you thinking. WHY ARE YOI STILL HERE IF ITS SO BAD? Well the cost of living anywhere else is high I can't afford to move right now.

My move in was pretty easy. I will admit I did misunderstand the paperwork process and became a little irritated , but Sandra and Courtne didn’t match my frustration, they both made sure everything was taken care of and I was able to move in within 30 minutes of completing my paperwork. Even though I read a few reviews about pest problems at the property , the unit was clean and habitable except for a few roaches. People need to understand that it’s not the Property itself that has a pest problem, but how the people around you are living. I personally use Combat gel which works great to prevent them from breeding in my unit. I put a request in to fix my heater back in October. I had to use my oven to warm my apartment with me and my two babies for months. They finally fixed it in January. They recently closed the ticket in February asking me if it was taken care of yet. My light bill is over $599 now because I had to run the oven..
