The staff was fairly cordial during my tour and sending email and voicemail updates all time until my application was rejected for “credit “ that’s what it said from their automated application system email. Now I can’t get a returned email because they have exhibited no concern of returning my messages or my money in a timely manner. I had the immense pleasure of touring this beautiful community with Jasmine today and it was an amazing experience!! Jasmine was very kind and helpful as it pertained to answering all of my questions about the available units and the property overall. I very much appreciated her professionalism and superior customer service. I also had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of Tina and the maintenance staff and their friendliness and welcoming demeanor were appreciated as well. As a result, I am strongly leaning toward making this hidden gem at Providence of Northlake my new home!!

10/10 would recommend . I’ve been living here about 5 years . Jasmine , Kayla and Tina always do an amazing job ! Customer service is top tier . The maintenance team is great as well. Community is always kept clean . Never had any bugs or safety issues .The pool and gym is nice too . The team does a good job at making the community feel like home .

Repeated vehicle theft and mailroom break-ins make this property feel unsafe despite great leasing staff. I want to start by saying that the leasing office staff and maintenance team have been wonderful and very responsive. Unfortunately, ongoing security issues have made living here increasingly stressful. Within a two-month period, someone attempted to steal the catalytic converter from my truck in broad daylight. A maintenance worker caught the person in the act, which prevented the theft, but the converter was still damaged from being cut. A police report was filed, and the officer explained that without surveillance cameras in the parking areas, there was little that could be done. I have lived here for over five years. Management is wonderful. I used to be a manager of an apartment complex so I am very particular about management companies. This crew is top-notch. The property is kept up and has beautiful landscaping.
