Providence Apartments

I had a self-guided tour scheduled at 3:30 PM on Saturday (01/17/2026). The leasing office required me to leave my driver’s license before starting the tour. I returned at 4:30 PM, well before their posted 5:00 PM closing time, and the office was completely empty. There was no staff, no instructions, and no way to retrieve my ID. My government-issued driver’s license was effectively held by the office, leaving me unable to legally drive home. I called the number posted on the window for assistance. The response was shocking: no one could help, no one could be contacted, and there was no escalation path. I was told to come back the following Tuesday due to a holiday. Just moved but everything is nice and smooth, management is wonderful. Apartment is quite and cozy. Updated : We just moved to new place and I will like to mention Management is wonderful especially Aimee is above and beyond and Missy is sweet heart, they both made my move very easy when you move out make sure to chose their easy move plan that will make your life much easier.

Been living here for four years and I have never, ever, had to call maintenance so many times in my life. My unit is literally falling apart. I've had my washer/dryer replaced three times because they consistently break down, my dishwasher replaced once for the same reason (not to mention it's carelessly drilled to my kitchen counter which stripes/cracks in the counter when fully loaded), baseboards are falling off, the vents were never cleaned after last tenant and were FILLED with lint and dust, doors are unproperly installed so they barely close, my bathroom fans don't work, the heating in my bedroom is busted, and door handles (including my front door) have snapped off just by turning them to open...just to name a few. My wife and I moved here in March, and it's been a great experience. Briana went out of her way to ensure we had a nice place to land when we moved from the Columbia City neighborhood in Seattle. And JP has responded to every maintenance request, quickly and efficiently. Kyle has also been helpful in the office. I lived here about 10 years ago, and the staff was awesome then too. I wasn't sure it would be as good now as it was then, but it is. Equity is doing a bang-up job hiring great people! We hope to be here a good long while.

My wife and I had an appointment to tour the apartments and nobody ever showed up. We were on time with our two young children, but the only woman in the office simply glanced up at us before looking back at her computer. The door was locked so we couldn't go in and talk to her, and she made no effort to even poke her head out and see what was up. My wife called their number and got someone in a corporate office who said they could see our appointment and didn't know why nobody was there to help us, but she was off site and had no ability to do anything. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially since when we made the appointment they said there are units available now and we could have signed right away. Apparently they prefer keeping their apartments empty.
