The people in the office were helpful and courteous. Having the app made it easy to pay my monthly bill or request repairs. The application process went smoothly and their was good explanation, good response time and good communication. The areas of improvement for me would be if they would have taken me to the house when I first arrived to show me where to put my trash cans, where the mailbox was, and how the utilities work. Also, since we have a monthly fee for the heating filters there should be enough filters sent to cover every quarter of the year. The other thing that was frustrating with property melds was being required to select every hour on the same day to get the work done. There was no option to let the office know I would be gone in the morning for instance. I was unabl

I usually deal with the office in Hisperia, however I had an annual interior/exterior inspection and Anna from the Apple Valley office came out and she was wonderful. She had a bright smile, She was Very kind and patient answering all of my questions. I also sent out an email for some business and they took care of it right away for me. Between the property management and the maintenance staff they’re helpful and they seem to care about their customers. Extra props for the owner of the apartment that I am in right now. Things are taken care of quickly. Thank you. The only thing that I don’t like is the AI when I call.

This property is my first great experience that I ever had. If I have an issue with anything, you guys get right on it. I never experience that before. I'm always treated with respect.
