Nice mobile home park,responsible management,the lake needs a good trout stocking for the residents and there families

Don’t move here!!! Rent is way too high for what you actually get. The homes are small, the backyards are below basic, and there’s nothing nice about the place. The pool? Only open for 3 or 4 months out of the year. The gym equipment? Same old stuff since I moved in. They did have a nice piano but they took that away. worst part is the manager. She’s just straight up rude. Doesn’t talk to you like a person, just barks orders like you’re a problem. honestly, some people here aren’t friendly. It doesn’t really feel like you’re welcome at all. If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I would.

Very nice community lake filled with life. The ducks and the fish were a nice addition to the place. As well as 2 community pools and and a couple of parks for the kids. Everything seems to be kept up with. Loved it!

The management doesn't enforce their own rules about parking or keeping your property cleaned up. It's a beautiful park, but management needs to do their job, some of the homes look like junk yards.

This is just your average mobile home park with a lot of mobile homes in two different areas. They have a lake where you can fish but no swimming allowed because you wouldn't want to get in that dirty water anyway. They have two clubhouses and pools. The park is reasonably clean and the staff seem to be nice. This used to be an adult's only park on one side and a family park on the other but I believe they have now opened it all to families.
