Your rental process is broken!!! My father went on the website to apply for a senior apartment. There were several listed as AVAILABLE. An apartment on the 4th floor was listed, along with the monthly rate, and we applied immediately , because I'm relocating my father from another city and this was right on time, so it appeared. He received an email asking for income verification and bank statements. I uploaded the the documents to the prosperity website as directed, the same day. The next day we get an email to certify if he has any pets or not. This was from a 3rd party company that they use. Weeks go by and we dont hear anything. Yes, I’ve been on the waiting list three years and every time I called it don’t get a problem when they keep saying I’m gonna get the next apartment what’s wrong with this property management? Who is the manager? That’s not doing what she supposed to do.

As the song goes, "These are the dear hearts and gentle people that dwell in my home town." Our home town is now the Prosperity Creek Senior apartments. We moved in six years ago. The office staff has the level of friendliness that demonstrates they really care about people. In dealing with the maintenance staff, I have yet to have a problem they cannot solve, and with their natural cheerful attitudes. Of a truth there are acclivities that promote smiles and fellowship.
