If I could give zero, I would. We live in one of the first buildings at the entrance. Don't move here. We’ve been here for 2 almost 3 years and our car has been broken into 3 times. Last time stole valuables in the vehicle. This time they stole both our taillights, broke into the window damaging the outside keypad and the inside door panel. Our next door neighbors truck was stolen. Multiple break ins almost monthly like clockwork. Not too long ago, there was about 6 cars broken into. The gates are always wide open, and not functioning. They say they have an officer on-site… never seen him do his job honestly. Security seems non-existent and urgency on this theft issue is non existent.

We toured the leasing office close to closing time, and Jasmin R. still went above and beyond to help us. She never rushed us, answered all our questions thoroughly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her personality was warm, professional, and upbeat, which made the entire experience so pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about giving great service — we really appreciated it! 💕

I completed my full lease term and was still charged multiple fees for not giving a so‑called “60‑day notice,” even though I moved out on time and fully vacated the apartment. After leaving, they continued to add charges without giving me any opportunity to discuss or adjust the balance. During my time living here, I submitted numerous service requests, dealt with two vehicle break‑ins, and had to constantly adapt to the payment app changing multiple times. The apartment itself was far from “luxury”—the flooring repeatedly lifted and fell apart, loud noises echoed throughout the building at all hours, and the gate was broken more often than it worked. To make things worse, I referred a new resident and never received the referral credit because management assigned it to a realtor who wasn’

I just moved in and the reviews about the flooring is very accurate. Paper thin or cheaply made whatever you want to call it, you can hear everything. If you’re not on the 3rd floor good luck. I can’t believe I have a whole year left. Nothing wrong with the leasing staff it’s the horribly made floors that do not have any padding or anything to absorb noise. 0/10 would not recommend living here again unless you prefer the 3rd floor.

The customer service I have experienced from both the front desk staff and the building manager, Valerie is always horrible. Unfortunately, each time an issue arises, interactions have been marked by rudeness, passive-aggressive responses, and a lack of clear communication. This behavior is detracting from the otherwise livable environment I expect here. I urge you to address this issue and ensure that all staff maintain a professional, respectful tone.
