Prose Horizons Village

I moved into Prose not too long ago, and my experience so far has been excellent. Mike made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. Juedy has also been amazing—always friendly, willing to listen, and ready to help whenever needed. He even went out of his way to help me bring my TV from the mailing room up to my apartment, which meant a lot. Maintenance has been very responsive and timely as well. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I’m really happy with my decision to move to Prose.

if I could I would put no stars but I had to put one. fist of juedy was unprofessional in his customer service. He doesn’t need to be in that role if he can give out great customer service. Do not lease here I do not recommend. there’s also dog shit all over the place am not well maintained. once again if I could do zero stars I would in a heartbeat.

I've been living here for 7 months now and I love it here! It's very peaceful and the complex is always kept up nice. Very clean. Great amenities, like the pool and 24 hr gym. They offer events throughout the year at the complex. They recently had a Valentine's Day breakfast in the community room, where they had catered omelet station and waffles. It was very good. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly as well. They are always happy to answer any questions you may have or complete a maintenance request in a timely manner. I would recommend living here. Special shout out to Passion in the leasing office. She was the one to help me select which apartment would work best for me. She's very helpful and always greets you with a smile.

Living in an apartment managed by Danny Coronado has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Danny has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of his residents! Any maintenance issues? Handled quickly and efficiently. Questions or concerns? Always answered with patience and clarity. The apartment itself is well-kept, thoughtfully designed, and in a great location, but what really makes it stand out is the level of service and attention that Danny brings to the table. It’s rare to find someone who manages a property with this level of care and consistency.
