Prose Desert River

Came in for a tour and was really impressed with the unit. I was shown a vacant unit as well as the model to see what it looks like furnished. The complex is really close to the Dignity Health hospital so if you get lost like I did it's tucked in the corner right by the construction site for a reference. There's also another really cute complex nearby. I'm very impressed and these two are my top contendors. Update: I've been living here a couple months now and wanted to update my review. These walls are super thin. If my neighbor sneezes I can hear them. My neighbors beneath me I can hear them too when they're getting ready for work. If they close the cabinets I can hear it, if they move their dining chairs I can hear it. I live on the top floor and it sounds like someone lives above me,

I moved here last week and am loving it so much! Maria has made my experience wonderful. She was so kind and helpful when I first reached out to apply, and then explained everything in great detail upon move-in. I felt so welcomed! My apartment itself is beautiful and has all new appliances. I love the trail outside of the complex- perfect for walks and smooth enough to skateboard or longboard on. So excited to be living here, thanks Maria!

My sister moved here and it's a really nice area. It's close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and a nice trail. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. It has a washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of parking for guests visiting the complex. The only negative is it's multiple stories with no elevator. It also says it's a smoke free community but that's not true. People smoke here quite often. It was so bad for her asthma one week she had to go stay with family for a couple days.

Words can’t even describe how happy I am that I found Prose Desert River! I just moved to Arizona and my apartment search was tough until I landed here. I felt a sense of peace. The property is beautiful and I love my apartment. Maria and everyone in the leasing office are all kind and helpful. It was a smooth and easy process to get moved in.

The quality of materials used are definitely on the lowest end possible. Breathing on the wall by accidental will damage the paint. The contractors took multiple shortcuts as can be seen on the workmanship. Plus, be careful with moving out because they'll charge you fees for everything. Just a last ditch effort to money grab whatever they can from you.
