If there were negative star ratings I’d give them a -5. They are the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. They are the Gestapo of Highgate in Watertown CT. They never respond, even when a supposed ticket has been made up. They don’t fix things when asked. They were going to “give me a ticket for parking over the line in a visitor spot” because my wheelchair was in the way and I parked 2” over, where nobody else is or was parked. They were rude and nasty about it. They tried to bill my wife for a 2nd repair to our side of the heating that they didn’t fix properly 8mo before and charged us $800 and were going to charge us again! They didn’t take care of the pavement behind the units so the are inaccessible with a wheelchair. The office staff is useless as the mainten

Selected enforcement at Countrywood Hills. This management company had the audacity to place a sticker on my vehicle and has yet to take ownership for it. I personally observe vehicles parked in the same place my vehicle was parked and the cars are NOT stickered. I have emailed and telephoned both Terry and Russell. I have yet to receive a response for the unprofessional, inconsistent, cowardly vandalism of my vehicle. I am extremely tired of the politics and inconsistent management of this complex.

We can't begin to express how amazing our experience was with Property Worx! From start to finish, they turned a horrible mess from a flood into not only a beautiful space that we could work in again, but also a space that our clients could feel comfortable in. They took care of all the details and paid great attention to detail. They were super nice, very professional, produced excellent results, and really took the stress out of all aspects. THANK YOU, Matt and Team - We love our space again!

Whenever I call, I get a very pleasant woman who listens to our needs and within a few days, the needs of the property are usually being addressed. There are some things I've had to follow up about a few times, but that is to be expected. Great upkeep of the property.. It's clean, beautiful and feels safe :) We just bought this townhouse last year, but so far our experience has been pretty good.
