AVOID BARBARA WHITEHILL AT ALL COSTS!!! Just hung up on my mother after placing an offer for a place. Barbara is the most disrespectful realator I've ever dealt with in my entire life! If you want a realator who wont get your place rented or sold  because of the way she treats potential renters and buyers make sure to use Barbara Whitehill and Property One Realty I will absolutely never reccomend anyone to use Property One Realty. As well i will be following up with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau on Property One Realty due to Barbara Whitehills inappropriate behavior.

Property One Realty is absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL Realty agency I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying and renting properties. Barbara Whitehill is beyond disrespectful to potential customers and makes me wonder why anyone would hire Property One Realty to represent their listing! If you want your listing sold or rented i strongly suggest you look elsewhere!

barbara whitehill is an outstanding professional who is thoroughly familiar with the market in boca raton, delray beach and surrounding areas. barbara has decades of experience and a wealth of market knowledge, as well as a keen understanding of the needs and objectives of both buyers and sellers. i have used her services many times for residential property in this area and i know of no one better to represent a buyer or seller.

Barbara and Property one team were extraordinary . Bought and sold several times with them and most recently this month . They earn their fee , responsive , experienced , savvy about the local market and easy to work with . They set the bar for professionalism and excellence .
