RUN Some shady stuff going on here double-sided back door deals by listing agents after you submit your offer the not giving you your counter offer in which they have insted then submitting their own offer while still holding your counter offer. Real estate attorneys will be contacted hopefully they will lose their licenses and the bank will stop trusting them with any of their sales. People like this ruin what should be a happy time buyer beware!

Do NOT do business with this company due to what I consider Unethical Business Practices I signed up for property management for a property I own After waiting two weeks to receive my rental income that they collected from the tenant... they refused to answer my phone calls and I still do not have the rent money that my tenant paid on time!! I do NOT recommend doing business with them OR any Real Estate Agents that are affiliated with them After seeing my review they canceled my property management contract and took all of my upfront money Please do NOT do business with this company I lost all of my upfront money and had to do the property management myself
