Property Management of Virginia

After managing and doing the maintenance on several properties that I had inherited from my parents 33 years ago, my husband and I decided it was time to retire and turn the work over to a management company. We researched local companies and chose Property Management of VA. We met with Pam, Eric and Andrew and went over details of the contract. This company has maintenance teams that are on call for repairs. They are available and considerate in getting our approval on any issues. We are very pleased with their professionalism and work ethic. We trust them with our property and look forward to a profitable future.

I have never experienced the level of care and professionalism from any landlord/property management company. All of the staff at Property Management of Virginia that I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with have been amazing! They are courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any question or concern. Not only am I impressed with the staff, but I also appreciate how well they take care of the homes they manage. When I rent from Property Mgmt of Virginia, I don't have to worry about any hidden issues within the home. I can rest easy that they have cared for this home as their own.

Very happy to write a review for Eric Fletcher at Property Management of Virginia. I used him for a Lease Up Service for a property in Waynesboro. As an owner of several rentals himself, he has a deep understanding of the market and gave me clear and valuable guidance on best tactics and practices. Eric keep me updated on his progress on finding a tenant and after taking his recommendation on how to adjust the advertisement, he quickly found an outstanding tenant for me. I was extra thankful he was so willing to respond quickly and in full to all my questions, big or small. When we first moved here 4 years ago, we needed a place quick! Eric and Pam worked with us to quickly secure a place. Through the years they have been great to work with. Very quick when it comes to any maintenance calls no matter how big or small they were. The price for the apartments is unbeatable. Property Management has to be one of the best that I've had the pleasure of renting with. I would recommend them to any one in their future needs.
