Absolute crooks. Make sure there isn't one single carpet fiber out of place when you move out or they keep your deposit and charge you absurd fees. Their communication is awful and very unprofessional. The townhouse I rented, the entire complex was infested with mice. They say its the renters responsibility, but i cant control my neighbors and the mice are in the connecting walls! They don't care about their tenants at all and will rip you off at any opportunity! Worst renting experience of my life and I have been renting for 15 years. Much better off going with an individual landlord you can talk to like a real person, cause these people are complete ghouls.

Horton Realty has been managing our property since 2012. We no longer live in Maryland, so they have been essential in taking care of our rental property and removing the stress from us. Along with finding consistently reliable tenants, they have coordinated repairs from leaky faucets to AC replacement to a burst pipe. They have proven to be trustworthy and professional for the long term. I definitely recommend the company.

Horton Realty managed our rental property for over ten years until recently when we decided to sell it. They found good, long-term tenants and managed the house to our benefit and to the benefit of the tenants. This is the worst property management that I’ve ever dealt with!! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with a landlord except for this one. I would like to know how this company stays in business when they lie & con people. This man put on my credit report that I owe him $2,800 when I have every single rent receipt!! I do not owe him anything!!!!!! Nor did I damage his property. The entire time that I lived there mice kept coming through our downstairs bathroom. This place was so old he’s lucky that I even rented from him. I only took the place because I couldn’t find anything in my price range. Mr. Horton has been rude when I’ve spoken to him in the past.
