Property Management of LV LLC

Since April, 2019 we have been working with PMLV. We hired them as property managers on one of our properties; located in Green Valley area. Loretta has always been professional and timely. They had tenants in immediately too. Communication happens over email, which we prefer because there is always clarity and documentation. I would strongly recommend PMLV for your property management needs. Their management pricing is fair and they're easy to work with. I have found them to be honest and they do business with integrity.

Great long-term property management service. I've enjoyed my working relationship with Loretta, Shaya, and team. They're professional and attentive. Solid tenants, timely maintenance, and consistent record-keeping. I've been a satisfied, loyal client for years.

I have been renting from them for way too long (9 years in July) but, the experience has been great. I like being able to transfer money for rent. I haven't had many major repair issues but, the few I have had, Shaya had a company set an appointment with me pretty quickly. They do an inspection every year and the inspection guy, Gus is friendly and fun. When we finally buy a house, they'll get my business then too.

I've used PM of LV for my property for over 3 years. If I ever have a problem with my unit, they are on it very quickly. They always reply to my emails same day. They've been good to work with me the few times that I've had to make a late payment arrangements. They're a nice blend of extremely professional, yet human and understanding. I've found Shaya to be very helpful and on top of her business.

Property Management of LV is the best!!
