Apartments marketed as having central air/AC.. when in reality we went without it for months at a time. Apartments temps wouldnt fall below 80 degrees impossible to sleep in. Management unhelpful and rude.

Good for air bnb’s or short term stays. Fully furnished and there’s a furnished rooftop with skyline views. It’s a little far from subway stations by NYC standards but close to the Hudson River and on a quiet street. The staff are decently helpful but sometimes take a few days to respond to issues and requests. It feels like most people in the building are here on a short term stay. The laundry machines damaged my sheets though and there’s no warm or hot water for them even if you select those temperatures. There’s construction noise from a new building being built in the same block. Overall okay.

Waste of time. Paid the fee to apply, wrote a whole essay about who I was and what I was looking for, only to never receive a response. Put in the app at the beginning of April for an apartment in August, didn't receive a response for 3 weeks. I sent in an email and finally got a response, there was no mention of my application at all, and was told to check back in May. When I did, I didn't receive a response. Sent two other follow ups with no response either. Then I find out they list stuff on AirBNB and I didn't even need to go through the process of paying $20 to apply on their website. What a scam. Jeniffer Suarez is terrible at her job.

Real estate in New York City is notoriously stressful when it comes to finding a place, especially if you're moving to the City for the first time. Property Link Management is unique. More specifically, Jennifer Suarez in the leasing office—She is incredibly thorough, extremely kind, and was pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. The company accommodates for short-term and long-term stays. The application and approval process was easy, and they didn't request an egregious amount of documentation. On move in day, the apartment was clean and well decorated (my unit was furnished). So far, I've had two (small) issues that required me to file a maintenance request. For both issues, management responded immediately, and the issues were remedied within two days. The super is kind

I stayed at 521 W48 th for about 2 months. The location is very convenient , you find everything around this neighborhood . The apartment was clean and the customer service was very responsive. The rooftop is amazing .The employees Abby and Amanda were very helpful and friendly as well as the maids. I recommend this management and I would gladly return in my next visit to NYC.
