Property Leaders REM

We have had positive experience with Property Leaders REM since moving into our space in early October 2025. They have been responsive and helpful, and prompt with following up on concerns or maintenance requests. The move-in process was seamless. :)

Moved in 3 weeks ago & am so pleased with this company. Emily made the process simple with her extensive knowledge of all it involves. She is efficient and kind and a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance requests I put in were handled quickly and efficiently. My questions were answered patiently. Clay, the maintenance man, is a hard worker and communicates well to get the job done. On time, thorough & cleaned up after himself. Also appreciate him being kind. This company has a great team! God guided me here & now I know why!

Property Leaders REM is great to work with! As a contractor/vendor they do a great job working with the clients and and contractors to get work done fast, efficiently and cost effectively. Highly recommend. Their staff also seem to work closely and professionally with their tenants to resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
