EXTREME SAFETY AND HEALTH RISKS HERE!! POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE SOLICITED!!! My review from 6 months ago still stands true and has gotten worse. Mold has gotten worse, appliances still don’t work. Crime is increasing. My vehicle was broken into just last night. The management double dips their residents with fees from companies they demand you use- obvious racketeering behavior. The maintenance is EXTREMELY RUDE. Plumbing is horrible, I know more neighbors with leaks then without. I have had the same leak in my bathroom the entire time we’ve been here- the maintenance can’t seem to figure out how to fix it- it’s just regular plumbing. You can plan on not getting any of your deposit back as they will find excuses and charge hugely inflated amounts for anything. Hands Down- Promontory Apartme

These apartments are beautiful, clean and the office staff were so kind and patient. We came late in the evening and we were still shown 2 different apartments. Both beautiful layouts. I only chose not to apply because my income didn’t reach the requirements. They are not too expensive though. I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me but she did amazing.(pretty blond, shorter hair) I love how down to earth she was, I felt like I was talking to a person, not someone trying to make a sale. Thank you for that. You rock!

Move in process was as straightforward as it gets. Trinity was very kind and professional. I showed up to lease a one bedroom apartment, and Trinity walked me through the process step by step, following up with necessary emails to ensure all the paperwork was completed. I received my keys within 24 hours and moved in 48 hours after signing the paperwork. Excellent service, the apartment is in great shape. 👍🏻

Toured last week and I was actually impressed. Super clean, good energy, and the manager who helped me was genuinely kind, no fake sales vibe. I left thinking, ‘okay… I could see myself here.’ Overall, really good impression. I'll be back in January!

Writing this review as much as can cause people need to know this place is not good and you should not waste your time. I lived at this property for 3 years, and my experience was nothing short of hazardous and unacceptable. My apartment flooded twice with human feces and sewage water — once every year. Each time, management offered me only two options: 1. Stay in a contaminated apartment, or 2. Pay $300 to move to a different unit (because their plumbing failed). Instead of sending a professional biohazard team, they sent basic cleaners who wiped the surface and left. I personally found human feces under my couch after they “cleaned.” I had to demand someone qualified to deal with hazardous waste, replace ruined furniture, and handle everything on my own because management — specificall
