We thank God for the wonderful staff at Promised Land Homes who helped us realize our dream of having a home on our 25 acres in Rocky Mount, VA. They took care of everything including the difficult permits and inspections in Franklin County. Calista was amazing and kept us calm during the process right up to Sat. when we got our keys and title. Thank you Calista for your help, beautiful house warming gift and especially your precious prayer over our new home. Got our double wide delivered in June of 2024 we had some issues but they did a great job of getting everything fixed the way it needed to be fixed still enjoying the house today.

Awesome crew. They really go above and beyond. They are completely transparent about any challenges or issues along the way and truly strive to make sure you are taken care of. Houses are a much higher quality than any other manufacturer in the area. Shopped around for weeks and simply did not find the quality we wanted until we found Promised Land homes. If you are in the market for a modular, single or double wide - save yourself some time and just go straight to these guys.

I certainly without a doubt recommend Promise Land Homes. Even after all the delays we had with the winter construction, they can’t control the weather I bet they wish they could, then they would get there customers in there houses sooner. Overall 100% I would recommend Carl and his team Carl goes over every thing with you I can’t say thank you to Carl and his team enough for what he did for us We love our new home
