lori is not a good landlord or seems like she knows what she’s doing. when we first moved in there was mold and wall outlets covered by paint in basically every room of the trailer, holes for mice and a snake to get in through the kitchen, the water heater wasn’t installed properly and it caught fire one night while i was home alone with my 2 year old at the time. her “maintenance “ men also don’t actually fix anything. our kitchen light was out for the whole first year of living at the property, the stove top caught on fire because the wiring wasn’t done right and he never actually fixed it so only 2 burners work. there is also a huge piece of the outside of the trailer missing allowing animals/insects inside and the trailer doesn’t stay warm or cold because it escapes through the hole in

I rented from this company and they were great. Lori was great. Anything that needed fixed was fixed. The home owner himself was amazing. No issues at all. I highly recommend this company. They even gave my deposit back when I moved out. Absolutely a wonderful experience to rent with them.

They say they have availability, you go in the office then they say you can't view because people live in the unit. I literally called after being told they were not available to Sylvia saying they were available. In 2023 we were about to move in a property, then last minute they said a previous landlord gave a bad reference, then they had a lawyer find my private residence and put a notice for myself and children not to come on there property. They claim myself as a woman and 3 children intimated Lori, CHILDREN. They have there lawyer practicing outside the scope of law and breaking federal laws, and they are breaking fair housing Act. This management company is discriminatory against age, sex, race, nationality, gender, and discrimination.

I was verbally told after submitting my application (on a Friday) that they would accept my deposit and move in on 10/1/21. Rented out my existing place to move closer to Rocky Mount. When I contacted them 3 days later (on Tuesday, Monday was a holiday) they rented it to someone else. Very poor business! They have no idea how to deal with clients in a respectful manner. I DO NOT recommend these clowns to anyone!

Rented from them for a year and 8 months. We never had any issues. Both the owner of the house and Premier were very communicative and took care of us. Premier's listings are accurate, and rent prices are fair.
