Bought a townhouse in Williamsburg and we are the second owners. Front entry pony wall leans like the tower of Pisa. Flooring was not installed correctly and is curling up. Trim has fallen off a bathroom cabinet because they nailed it into nothing. I am not the only one has has complaints about the quality of workmanship or should I say lack of.
Gorgeous neighborhood. Can't wait to visit after my family members move in.
Nice, quiet neighborhood with an awesome gym.
