Promenade Commons

My partner and I moved into these apartments at the beginning of 2025 and it’s a great place to live! We make regular use of the pool and grill, and they just supplied washers and dryers to all units/tenants that didn’t have any, which is amazing. It’s very clean and the community is so welcoming! Not to mention the other great amenities. We definitely recommend staying here!

I have lived at Promenade Commons for 1 year now, and I have just renewed for a 14-month lease. My intent is to stay here for at least 4 more years, and that is solely because I adore it. I plan to move out of state after I complete my education. The previous two reviews you should not consider because that has not been my experience, in any aspect. That I promise you. I must also note that we have new management since those reviews were written. The management on site (Jaden, Jessica) are extremely down-to-earth and friendly individuals. I live on the 4th floor, and I cannot believe the peace and quiet I enjoy on a daily basis. This place is beyond disgusting. I don’t even own pets, and yet I’ve literally seen fleas jumping on the apartment floor. Let that sink in — fleas. In my unit. No pets, and still dealing with this filth. Between the constant barking, the piles of dog poop outside, the hair-covered floors, and the reeking elevator, now I get to add bugs to the list. This is what happens when management doesn’t enforce any cleanliness or rules. Absolutely unacceptable.

Such an amazing place to call home. The staff in the office are super friendly and knowledgeable. What a difference from other leasing offices. This place is brand new and if you are 55+, this is the place to be and call home. The area around is quiet and hopefully it will be this way, as construction in the surrounding area is prominent.

The property is nice and the managers that they keep around for more than a couple months have been great and the lady running it now actually keeps up with stuff. Would give 5 stars if the management company was actually helpful.
