Promenade at New Town

Amy and Pam are both fantastic! I moved from across the country site unseen, and because I arrived in the middle of the night they even left the keys in the apartment for me, the whole process was so smooth! Amy let the furniture delivery people in before I arrived, and put my amazon deliveries inside for me, they really go the extra mile! While they may be on the more expensive side you get a pass to the public pool for all on the lease (the pool has a lazy river) and there is even a Promenade Volleyball team they sponsor. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to live! I love the townhome I live in. The ladies in the office at Promenade are very friendly & nice to work with. Very good maintenance staff. Plus New Town offers many events / concerts throughout the year at the amphitheater, Glenmark Farms or the New Town Marquee. There are two pools, playgrounds, pickleball courts, lakes, a market, restaurants & small businesses that have more to offer. You will love it here!

I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. This is by far the best of them all. Always something happening in New Town. Management and maintenance staff are the best. If you need something repaired, they are here quickly no matter how big or small the issue is. You cannot find a better place to call home.

The grounds and apartments are gorgeous. Pam has been incredibly helpful throughout my leasing process and speedy with all of my questions! She helped me find the perfect apartment for what I was looking for and checked all of my boxes of what I wanted, (and there was a lot of boxes!) I chose Promenade at New Town because it is a neighborhood as opposed to an apartment complex which I love.
