Warning for Renters on Fixed Incomes: Read the Fine Print! If you’re moving into income-based housing, be careful. These landlords lock you into a full-year lease you can’t break without fees or switch to month-to-month—even though they only commit to month-to-month terms. That means they can raise your rent at any time with proper notice, even while you’re stuck in a fixed lease. The trap? Many tenants don’t find out about the rent increase until after signing, leaving them stuck for a full year with no way out. Talk to other renters—they’ll tell you the rent goes up every year, often by a lot. This system preys on people with set incomes by using leases designed to benefit the landlord, not protect the tenant. Know your rights. Ask questions. Don’t get trapped.

Beware! This place stole $1,000 from me. The lady helping us get into the apartment was super helpful until I put the $1000 deposit down. Once I did that, they told me I made too much money to qualify for the apartment that they had already shown me was mine and said that I was approved for. They automatically withdrew my application and never gave me my deposit back even though they had me put it down prematurely. I tried contacting everyone I could and never got a single response from anyone. All I got from the lady was a “so sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Still waiting to hear back from someone and doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my 1k back… What a joke

This is my first time experience in an apartment an it couldn't have gone any better. Nicki the manager was terrific and made things go smoothly. She truly is the best As a manager and a person. As for Will our maintenance man he is right on top of things.. He is also a great person. If I can say so myself you hired the best. Patti

Have lived here almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Comfortable apartment, clean and maintained grounds and lovely neighbors. Leasing agent (Nicki) and Will ( gentleman in charge of maintenance) are always available to help with any problem or question.
