I love living in this community! The management is truly the best — Camila, Andrea and Megan are always professional, responsive, and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. It makes such a difference! The maintenance staff is just as wonderful — quick, efficient, and respectful. Highly Recommend!!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far! The community is well kept, peaceful, and most important pet friendly (no breed restrictions). Megan, Camila and Andrea are amazing! always friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of anything you need. Truly appreciate how well they treat the residents.

We booked a tour ahead of time and when we got there the gate was closed. We called for over 15 minutes and no one answered. I ended up leaving my wife in the car and walking into the office to find someone to open the gate. The agent showed up late and the only thing she said was "Sorry, I wasn’t here". That was it. Then we found out the lease was $400 more than what was advertised. And once you add application fees and other required charges, it’s more than $600 extra. I get that prices can be a bit higher than ads, but a 20% markup on monthly payments is just too much. The apartment itself was okay. But the pool is closed for repairs with no ETA on reopening. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and a pretty frustrating experience.

Living in this community has been a fantastic experience! Since 2023, The leasing, the director and maintenance personnel (Camila, Megan, Andrea, Jorge and Jose) are super friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Any maintenance requests or issues are addressed quickly, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to call home. Plus, the community feels very safe, which gives us peace of mind, especially for our children. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to live! Before signing the lease, one of our main questions was whether the pool would remain open. Management assured us that there were no plans to close or renovate it. However, just a few weeks after move-in, the pool was closed “for one month.” Three months have now passed, and it remains closed with no updates or visible progress. The gate is also frequently not working, allowing unrestricted access to the community. During the tour, we were shown a model apartment with a great renovation. Only after signing the contract and paying did we see our actual unit, which was noticeably worn and very different from what was presented. Multiple emails were sent regarding these issues, but no response was received. I hope management will finally address these concerns.
