Promenade Apartments

I lived here for less than a year, moved out early and in with family to get a better handle on my finances. The apartment itself was very nice, plenty of space for me and freeway access is convenient with hwy 18 up the hill. No real issues other than the tub not wanting to drain and the washer being a little off balance. I had a top floor unit, loved the vaulted ceilings! The downside to being on the 4th floor, there is no elevator! Moving in and out was definitely a pain and took forever. I never had any problems with any neighbors and my car was never bothered in my time here. I do think more pride could be taken in the upkeep of the grounds, by staff but also by the tenants. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex and it overflowed massively when it snowed a couple yea

My mother-in-law just leased an apartment here and she hasn’t even fully moved in yet—she isn’t staying there and barely has anything inside. We had brand new California King mattresses and bed frames delivered directly to her new apartment, and when we arrived, they were gone. Someone stole all her packages before she could even move in. This is extremely upsetting and raises big concerns about security and how packages are handled in this building. For a new resident to experience theft before even officially moving in is unacceptable. We tried reaching out for help and answers, but we haven’t gotten any clear response yet. It is a well maintained complex. Very nice ammenties. The main building/office has a beautiful set up from an indoor basketball court, weight and workout room. It has elliptical and treadmill and various equipment. There is a Jacuzzi and they have computers for the tenants to use. The meeting room is spacious with an adjoining room. I've seen only the 3 bdrm/2bath - which was very spacious. Nice new appliances, microwave, balcony, shelving in closets, and cupboards that can't slam shut. I was impressed with the whole place. It is a gigantic complex. Outside was a separate area with picnic tables even.

Poor management. No management over the parking. This is how resident with their non-registered vehicles use the parking space and you will find any parking space for your own registered vehicle. The management is not doing anything although this concern is shared with them many times.In addition, these all vehicles are from one person and no parking registration barcodes are attached to their vehicle. The motorcycle is always there and no one is using it. I am the resident 1.5 years and am seeing this happening everyday. Update: This issue got totally solved.

Do NOT! I repeat, DO NOT move here. No matter how good it sounds don’t do it. The website lied. The gym is not 24/7, there is no longer any security, cars get broken into, the year round pool and spa is a lie. You can barely get into any of this. They raise rent even though you barely have access to any of the amenities. Not to mention the staff is horrible no matter how many new faces are switched. There is a high turnover rate. The office is closed so much during business hours and half the time there is no email stating they will be closing early or there is no sign on the front door. This place is NOT a smoke free community. Please don’t believe the hype. You will spend most of your time complaining and management will do nothing absolutely NOTHING for you. Oh and they do not work with
