PROHOME INSPECTIONS

Milan did a home inspection for us yesterday and I was very impressed. I was present for the inspection and he did a wonderful job of explaining everything in great detail. He explained why things happened and what we could do to resolve issues. He explained the difference between small problems and large issues. His report recommended a timeframe for resolving certain issues. It was incredibly detailed. I would highly recommend.

We had our inspection scheduled on 1/22 and received the full written report to review within the same day. Milan was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was able to accommodate a quick turnaround date requested by the seller, he was on time, very respectful, and knows his stuff. He took time doing the walk through and explaining what he was looking for and findings, so the report didn't include any surprises. He was also upfront with pricing. Milan always performs a thorough inspection for my clients.
