Horrible experience, zero communication with the owners, slow repair work and poor quality! Only 5 months ago I bought my house and I already have problems because the staff very rude and never available. I have two months with an unfinished roof and no one informs me about the reason why it is unfinished; When I get to contact them Mrs. Tara has been unprofessional and rude ... I think it's better to have no manager than to have them

Since new ownership. They never answer the phone. Take 5 to 6 emails and messages to get a call back. They deny reimbursement for items needing to be fixed outside of my unit. Completely unprofessional

TERRIBLE SERVICE --- AVOID PPM $587 in monthly hoa fees to belleair forest garden and PPM and the photos say it all

I was the treasurer of our HOA. I requested copies of NOLA letters for our files. It 6 months until they supplied them. I had to hold back office expenses to force them. I also caught them trying to pay a different parks fence repair from our account.

I am writing this review for my mother. This management company is awful. Patti Battista is terrible at communication. I had to email her 3 times to get a response from her. Then had to wait another 2 weeks for something to get fixed that could have caused serious injury to someone. Emily Clark is just as bad. Both are terrible. Find a different property management company if you can. I would give 0 stars if I could.
