Progress Terrace Apartments

Inconsistent, unaccountable, and unprofessional management. I lived at this complex for nearly four years and moved out less than a year ago. I strongly recommend not living here. Management turnover was constant—at least five changes—with almost no communication about personnel shifts. Each new team brought new (and often contradictory) expectations. Lease renewals were mishandled repeatedly. I was quoted one rate, then given paperwork with a higher amount. Management couldn’t even produce the original quote they had left at my door; I had to bring my copy so they could fax it to themselves—completely outside standard practice. Had a pipe burst in our water heater and leak everywhere in our bathroom and bedroom! Office and maintenance staff very quickly addressed the problem and had a new water heater installed that same night! Shout outs to Leo, Gary, and Trevor for going above and beyond to get us back up and running so quickly! Very impressed and thankful!

He was efficient I felt he went above and beyond. My dishwasher broke within a day they got a new one for me. My stove top coils and pans needed to be changed he replaced all of them and pulled out the stove and replaced something back there he did what he needed to do,and I got to clean back there. Very nice professional didn’t make much noise either. Thanks again

I like living here. Great location. Helpful staff, fast repairs. Clean apartments. I submitted a maintenance request to get my sink leak fixed and they came within a couple of days. Not only did they replace it they upgraded it! I’m very satisfied.
