My mother in law passed away in Nov. 2024 at Jamestown Coop townhouse in Clinton township. We had the unit ready for sale on Jan. 2, 2025. For 11 months we contacted KC Property Management in Berkley if there was any progress in the sale of the 1 bedroom unit. I questioned why there was no advertisement of the unit for sale. No response. Professional Property Management services, Bingham farms mich. Took over for KC Property Management and the unit was sold in 1 month. Thanks to a great team.
