UPDATE: Even though they said they would review my request for a refund, they did not. Don’t waste your time or money. With regards to Franklin Review Apartments: My experience with Franklin River was poor at best. If possible, I would not give a single star. We paid the application fees and received instant approval. That was the fasted communication from this community. After that, we had to call numerous times and leave multiple messages just to talk to anyone. We waited for someone to call and give us move-in options and confirm all necessary details. Over a week later, I was finally able to reach someone who was rude, condescending, and failed (again) to follow through with information. A firm move-in cost could not be relayed because one person was out of the office most of the week

I really love living in this community. The office staff is always pleasant and attentive. I really love that we can plant flowers and decorate the patio.

For the most part your team is doing a great job keeping up the property. I would like to see less people leaving trash everywhere. One guy put out moth balls around his vehicle. This can make many animals sick or die, and I have a dog. I feel like the winner salt is not animal friendly. Many times leaving my dog in pain even though I wash her paws after every walk. Inspections have been inconvenient, however I understand. Like the parking lot. I have RA so it was difficult making the extra walk. Even for the disabled . I have had a few scary moments. Tenets need to make sure the doors are shut tight. To avoid strangers coming into our building. I enjoy have security that roams the property.

I’m happy here. I like the set up of my apartment. If I have a problem They address it right away. Except for my bedroom window. I freeze in the winter with icy cold air blowing in even tho the window is supposedly closed. If they keep raising my rent every year I’ll probably look for a move in deal somewhere else. It doesn’t pay to be a person that pays your bills. . Lack of loyalty. But I’m basically happy here . Not planning on moving but life happens

I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years and it has been great! The maintenance requests are completed expeditiously. There are very nice family friendly events held for the holidays. Safety was at the top of my list of requirements when I searched for a residence. Thankfully, I have felt safe consistently without incident.
