Steven and his staff at PPM are amazing, easy to work with. I leased a property from them for over a year and they were always responsive if there was an issue, the property met my needs and then some. Would highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was searching for a single family house to live with my son and elderly mother and came across a place through PPM. I called on it and the individual that answered knew nothing about the place and couldn't answer basic questions and just told me to apply for it. How can you not even bring up your own companies properties on your own computer and answer basic questions? I was out of town and had to have my mother go by the place. The door was left wide open and there was a for sale sign on the lawn. My mother didn't feel safe going in and had to call and wait for PPM to show up. Two women came and when my mother asked if the place was for sale one started to whisper in the others ear and they reluctantly told my mother the property was sold and t

Absolutely the worst rental company I have ever used. I would say they are predatory. When we moved in the house had dust all over it from wall repair. The carpets were filthy and had obviously not been cleaned since the last tenants. They never answered our maintenance requests. When we moved out we hired a professional cleaner who cleaned the house for 6 hours. It was spotless. When they did the walkthrough they claimed there were areas that were unsatisfactory. They then took $500 out of our security deposit claiming they had to spend 2 hours cleaning and that we didn't shampoo the carpets even though we had the receipt claiming we had. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I have rented from numerous companies in my life and have never had this bad of an experience.

My one year lease is up on the 10th.In my experience Professional property Management in Missoula Montana has excellent customer service, clear and open communication and prompt maintenance requests practices.PPM was a great experience for me and a great Company to lease your next rental from.

Took all but $175 of my $1395 deposit!! I replaced the blinds in one of the 2 bedrooms... they said they had to replace it with the correct size. The exact one needed is $40 at Ace and they charged me $180 to do something completely unnecessary
