One of the worst management companies to work with. The staff is extremely rude and often lacks the basic knowledge needed to manage a community effectively. Simple issues take weeks to get addressed, and even then responses are slow or unclear. There also seems to be very poor organization when it comes to financial tracking and records, which is concerning for any HOA management company. Communication is weak, accountability is missing, and tasks are rarely handled on time. After speaking with other residents, it appears many people have had similar experiences. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and competence expected from a management company is simply not there.

I've been here 30 days. Even if I had read these reviews it wouldn't have made a difference in me purchasing my townhouse. With that being said, I did call PAS and yes, you are correct, condescending, dismissive and downright rude. I ended my call with the PM because I could tell she was getting very frustrated by my questions. We have an online dashboard with no information its blank so I don't know when the next board meeting is. And about the property: Two memorials (yikes), open drug usage and sales and no it's not cannabis. Iykyk. trash everywhere and I mean everywhere, unsupervised distructive children, inoperable cars, a boarded up townhouse, security gate broken with no repair timeline, the road is so bad you can't park in your stall. I am under an HOA managed by PAS. This company has been pushing off a raw sewage issue for over a year on my property. They have been well aware of the fact that they are committing legal negligence, and are still refusing transparency and action. Do not trust this company. They have also stated that they will compensate services my neighbors have needed, and once they are done have refused to foot the bill. They are more concerned with policing the homeowners who give them monthly fees than actually doing their jobs.

As a property owner under the management of PAS Professional Association Services Inc., I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. Despite their role in property management, their lack of responsiveness and professionalism has been staggering. First and foremost, their communication is abysmally poor. Repeated attempts to contact them, through both calls and voicemails, were met with a disheartening silence. When they do respond, the level of incompetence is startling. Basic information, crucial for property management, seems to be outside their grasp, leaving residents to fend for themselves in resolving issues. PAS has a an extremely low level of service, professionalism, integrity, partnership, trust. Their service is unprofessional, incorrect, and inconsistent. They have consistent negative reviews consistently on Yelp & google for a reason. The management at the association is pretty poor. They were responsible for damages to my car that were caused by a gate (in a complex they manage) and they were completely responsible for it but they refused to pay for the damages. They even have video surveillance that captured it, but they still decided to go with the claim that “we aren’t responsible for it”.
