We are so very happy with our new house that ProCraft built for us. We are enjoying the comfortable, functionality and style of their Belita model. The quality of the work is above expectations and it was a pleasure working with James! There are a lot of builders to choose from and we are glad we selected ProCraft to build our forever home.

We are thoroughly pleased with our new custom 1200 sq ft detached garage built per our specifications and per code by ProCraft Builders. James created trust from the beginning that he could deliver the project per the contract. He communicated regularly and responded quickly to any questions that we had. He was great to work with and he delivered!

Great!!! We had Procraft build our new house!! We had no idea of what we were getting into and James made us feel comfortable about our build! We had so many questions and he answered all of them quickly! We had many hoops from the bank to jump through but Procraft stuck with us and waited till we had things in order! We love our new home! We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders of Spring Hill to build us a house in Rural Hernando County in 2021. He built the house and we moved in in early 2023, 20 months after signing our contract. James comes on strong but as the job progressed you could see that he was just ready to be done and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors. There was an issue with the custom exterior siding, which was around a $16,000 up-charge, that if we were not on site it would have become a real mess due to minimum on deck supervision of the siding crew. Luckily, we were able to stop the subcontractor and get it done right and when we did tell James we wanted our expensive siding done right he told us our job had become a “S___ Show”. Luke and his team were an absolute dream to come in and finish what had previously been an absolute nightmare of an ADU project. Great comms, great attitude, and always with an eye to doing great work while trying to stay on budget. Will definitely use again!
