ProBuilt is the best! I have built two homes with them; a Mangrove and a Camila and I love them both! ProBuilt is easy to work with, diligent in their work and always ready to fix and resolve any issues. In our Camila, we customized the kitchen/lania/living room to make more room for our large family in our eat-in kitchen and in the dining room we took out the pole running down the side. We also took out the tub in the master bathroom and made the two walk-in closets bigger. I couldn't be happier! I have attached some pictures. I did look around before we built the Camila and went to every builder in Spring Hill. You will not find the quality of work, craftmanship and square footage with any builder as you will with ProBuilt. Let them build your next house!

I will first note that if you leave a negative review on their Facebook page, they immediately have it removed and block you completely . So that’s all fake! The owner and his wife are downright dishonest. They didn’t honor the terms of our contract regarding fees for the well drilling. They charged me absorbent overages for materials last minute (after I already signed off on the last draw of the construction loan). My contract stated that I would not have to pay increased costs for materials unless they increased by more than 110%. When I asked to see the invoices for said materials, they refused and changed the lock code on our doors until we paid. They knew we wouldn’t have a choice since we had to be out of our current home. They said the build would take 9-12 months and it ended up t

This past weekend I was able to view the newest model of Probuilt U.S., The Grand Cayman. This house is by far the most breathtaking model I have viewed in the Springhill area! Everything from the outside appearance to walking into the beautiful open floor plan was amazing! I love how the whole house is built to view the beautiful outdoor pool and deck area. The details from the floor to the ceiling is such a beautiful, costal, Florida vibe! I can just imagine friends and family gathering in this beautiful home! The builders, Bobby and Halie Eaton are locals to this area and a pleasure to work with! The key to a great builder is communication and they are excellent in this area as well as building beautiful homes!

I met Sherry in my search for a Builder to have my Dream House built. I interviewed 5 other companies and Sherry was the Best Representative of her Company compared to the others. She knew everything about the houses her company Builds and made the process of picking the right house for me so easy. I couldn't believe how effortless it was. The other Builders made me feel like it was going to be a horrible, problematic ordeal. I wanted to make changes and again thought I was going to create a real involved and difficult process. Sherry breezes through the process and handled everything so efficiently that I was amazed. I thought that as time went by and thought of other changes it was going to be impossible to get them done. Sherry said no problem and there was none.
