Terry did a home inspection for me in St Maries. He was very professional and personable. Terry took the time to explain what he was looking for, his findings, and offered great advice! Coming from the customer service field myself I was very impressed with how personable he was....I had a situation where I had to cancel my first appointment with him on very short notice and he was more than understanding and made sure to take care of me and got me another appointment scheduled when I needed....thank you Terry for your hard work and being a genuine person! I highly recommend Terry!

Terry recently inspected a home I am in the process of purchasing in Post Falls Idaho. Since Terry has 25 plus years experience as a builder I feel confident his real world building expertise is a significant asset in his current profession as a certified building inspector. He gave a very detailed list, including photos of every aspect of the inspection. Every time I called him to ask questions about certain areas of concern he noted on the inspection report he was always very polite and friendly and answered all my many questions in a very professional manner. The home inspection fee was money well spent and I would recommend Terry's services to anyone. I was very pleased.
