I just want to say that the team at prmg in Providence is the best mortgage Branch you will ever deal with. I had nothing but a great experience with John and Tom Gibbons. They went above and beyond all my expectations of a loan officer and mortgage branch. I can't stress enough to give the Gibbons team a call if you need a mortgage. They are the best in the business!

John and Emily went above and beyond to ensure we were able to purchase the unique property we aimed for. Although buying a house is one of the most difficult things to do in life, they took the time to ensure we were informed each step of the way and they helped us to remain comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. We only gave them 5 stars because google won't let us give them 10. Thank you John and Emily!!!!

If it were possible to give zero or negative stars as a review, PRMG would fit the bill. We only managed to acquire a house through the hard work of everyone else IN SPITE of the incompetence of PRMG. They violated FHA regulations, routinely withheld information, and were generally horrible to work with. Seek mortgage services literally anywhere else, seriously. The loan officer I worked with was based out of RI, and beyond sketch. And given the experience with literally every individual we dealt with out of PRMG they were ALL AWFUL.

Working with John and his team was absolutely seamless. During our refinance they were incredibly attentive, responsive and professional. The PRMG Providence team is friendly and treats you like you are family. They were thorough and explained every step of the process along the way. I could not recommend them enough and will use no one else for any mortgage needs.
