I paid 4200.00 to rent a house in aurora. I was promised things would be fixed before I move in May1st. I went there and the place was a inhabitable for me and my fiancé. And our 2 kids to move into. I was then promised things would be fixed with in a week. Went back a week later and it was still horrible. I asked for my money back and they said no. They are pro rating my $4200.00 dollars till they find a renter to a place that can not be rented. I then found in the lease that at no time can my damage deposit be held as rent I asked for at least that back and no response. Horrible experience. They took everything I had saved and kept it.
Love them!! My husband and I and our roommate (of almost one year) we're all staying at a hotel (where we met) and thanks to the wonderful leasing agent Jason we live in a 3000 square foot home!!
