Priority Place Apartments

First of all I want to say that I hope the owners of Priority Place know how much we appreciated Jayne!! She is honestly the best. We moved in 3 years ago and any time we had an issue she would get maintenance on it right away. My only downside is that the policy for wear and tear is unrealistic. Honestly I do recommend them, the apartments are clean and the place is quiet for the most part. The neighbors in the surrounding units are friendly and the common areas are well maintained. I will definitely miss this place and specially Jayne!

RENTER BEWARE. I'm just so thankful we're out of this place. Within 7 months of living at Priority Place, my husband and I felt we had no other choice but to urgently break our lease and leave. We have never, ever had an issue at any apartment prior to this in our 6 years of renting. This is not a family friendly, support animal friendly, daily-life friendly place to live. They are newly built and beautiful apartments from the outside, but the construction is so poor that it causes major issues for tenants, and management is completely unprofessional. We ended up having to retain legal counsel in order to allow our deposit to cover absurd move out fees that were undocumented on the lease, because we were told (illegally) that we had no choice but to forfeit our deposit upon breaking our le

I almost gave this place 4 stars, but only because they let my OLD Cousin live there. Shouldn't there be an age limit, at the top end of the scale!? 🤨 I'm just kidding, of course 😁 It was a beautiful place to visit. There is every imaginable store and restaurant in the area - many within walking distance. Evidently, the Air National Guard Field is nearby, and for me, that was pretty cool! It's like an Air Show, without having to for tickets. Having huge transport planes flying overhead, may not be for everyone. Then again, it wasn't too loud while I was there, and it's amazing what the human body can sleep through. I once had an apartment with AMTRAK and Conrail passing by, no more than 50yards away. Slept like a baby! 😂 Bottom line: Very nice homes. Buy earplugs, if needed.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Although they claim to be "luxury" all of the appliances are the absolute cheapest and lowest quality imaginable. The refrigerators are tiny. The bathrooms have standard shower/tub combos-not even hotel shower bars or large bathtubs. The property manager is terrible to deal with and largely unprofessional. There are no amenities at all and I was actually told by the property manager to keep my trash in the apartment over the weekend because the trash company picks up the trash on Mondays, and they're basically full on Saturday and Sunday. So unless you want to live in an over-priced, extremely basic apartment with no amenities while smelling your own garbage every weekend, I would seriously look elsewhere.

Nice apartment with good monthly rent and everything is close just 2 min away from here
