Princeton Dover really is a great place to live - clean, quiet, and safe, with nice amenities and a truly caring and responsive office and maintenance staff. The units themselves are clean, updated, and nicely appointed with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets. Admirable closet and storage space as well. The entire property is well maintained year round with attentive landscaping and snow removal crews. The community is very pet friendly with plenty of space to walk your fur “kids” as well as a fenced exercise area. Other amenities include the beautiful pool and surrounding lounge area, a really nice exercise room, and a secure (keypad entry) package room (no porch pirates!). I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience living at Princeton Dover for nearly two years. From day one, my dog and I felt completely at home thanks to the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the incredible staff who go above and beyond to make this community feel like family. Gabby and Kami, the property managers, are truly the heart of the place. Their professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness set the tone for everything. Whether I had a question about my lease or just wanted to chat, they were always available, approachable, and genuinely caring. They treat residents with respect and compassion, and it made such a difference in my day-to-day life. The maintenance staff deserves just as much praise. Great property to live on. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The buildings look nice and are actually taken care of. The property itself is well kept. Great accommodations from the outdoor area, to the dog park, and fitness center for all residence. Overall, this is a good place to live and conveniently located close to downtown.

It has been a good experience at Princeton Dover. It is a little hard to be in a lower floor apartment as I can track where ever the people above me walk in their apartment. If they walk heavy, it can be bad, same if they drop anything. The office staff are amazing, the maintenance crew is amazing, and the amenities are really nice. Overall, it’s been a solid place to be to get by until we are ready to buy a home.

I have been living in Princeton Dover for 7 whole years and I have deeply loved it! You don’t hear noisy neighbor and the community is very clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly. Especially Gabby the property manager and the maintenance staff always provide timely help whenever you need and solve the problems effectively. It was always a pleasure to talk to them as well. The neighborhood is pets friendly with a newly built dog park. You never worry about losing your package because there is a package room and the staff label your last name and put on shelves in a very orderly fashion. There are also social events and gathering from time to time. There are so much more to love about this place. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for an apartment.
