Princeton Commons

I love living at Princeton Commons. The entire team is just amazing. Devin and Tim are the best handymen you could ask for, Emily is excellent at helping with literally anything you could ask for, and Jim is so kind and wonderful! You won’t regret living here. Some of our neighbors have lived her for over 10 years, so you know they’re doing something right! I’m incredibly grateful for our little community!

I have lived at Princeton Commons now for 2 years. They are one of the only complexes in the area that allows pets, which is huge (and means that you always get to see cute dogs and cats which is a great way to meet new people.) They are SO FAST with maintenance and every staff member I've encountered has been so helpful and friendly. I've never waited for more than 24 hours for communication about any service that needs done. The service is really outstanding. Staff is so easy to get in touch with, and they really care about their residents. I also appreciate that they offer a small discount to teachers! The area is both close to everything you need but remote at the same time, and I feel very safe while walking my dog, even at night. The staff clearly spends time trying to make the compl

This was my first apartment and I really enjoyed it. People were very respectful some of the old timers were a little grumpy when you parked in their spot but I felt always felt safe. The grounds were well kept, they did an excellent job with snow removal. Martha and Jim were extremely nice, dependable and went above and beyond the extra mile. Princeton Commons had been our home since we moved from our country to live here in the US. It’s a peaceful safe place and the staff (Jim and Emily) are awesome! Me and my son always felt secure living here and we are so thankful we found this place. I highly recommend it especially if you’re new in town. It’s your “home away from home..”

Pros: Maint. staff are helpful, one is very open about his opinions of things but overall the maintenance staff is good. Very quiet place and looks amazing in the summer. Apartments themselves have really good bedroom and living room sizes. Jim is great and got along really well with us. Cons: $1,495 seems wayyy too much for a two bedroom apartment, but I supposed landlords can charge what they feel. On-site washer and dryers are really small, dryer takes 2 uses to fully dry clothes and there's only 1 washer and dryer each side, so one each for 12 apartments. You'd be better off using the laundry mat, way cheaper and can get your clothes done in one go.
